Snaplo Kullanım Koşulları
1. Hizmet
Snaplo (“Uygulama”), öğün fotoğrafı veya metin açıklaması ile tahmini kalori ve makro kaydı, günlük ilerleme, hedefler ve isteğe bağlı premium abonelik sunan bir beslenme alışkanlığı uygulamasıdır. Snaplo tıbbi teşhis, tedavi veya diyetisyen hizmeti değildir; laboratuvar doğruluğu iddiası yoktur.
Uygulamayı indirerek, hesap oluşturarak veya kullanarak bu koşulları kabul etmiş sayılırsınız. Kabul etmiyorsanız Uygulamayı kullanmayınız.
2. Hesap ve giriş
- Hesap oluşturmak için e-posta ve şifre, Google ile giriş veya Apple ile giriş (Sign in with Apple) kullanabilirsiniz.
- Hesap bilgilerinizin doğruluğundan ve güvenliğinden siz sorumlusunuz.
- 18 yaş altı kullanıcılar için tasarlanmamıştır; bilerek hizmet sunmayız.
- Hesabınızı uygulama içinden (Ayarlar → Hesabı sil) veya destek e-postası ile silebilirsiniz. Ayrıntılar Gizlilik Politikası ve Destek sayfasındadır.
3. AI tahminleri
Öğün fotoğrafı ve metin girdileri, tahmini kalori/makro üretmek üzere sunucu tarafında işlenir. Sonuçlar yaklaşık değerlerdir; sizin onayınız veya düzenlemeniz kayda geçer. Snaplo, tahminlerin kesinliğinden veya bunlara dayalı kararlarınızdan sorumlu tutulamaz.
4. Abonelik ve ödemeler
- Premium özellikler App Store (Apple) veya Google Play üzerinden abonelik ile sunulabilir.
- Ödeme, yenileme ve faturalandırma ilgili mağaza hesabınız üzerinden işlenir. Snaplo kart numarası saklamaz.
- Otomatik yenilenen abonelikleri App Store veya Google Play abonelik ayarlarından iptal edebilirsiniz.
- İade ve ücret anlaşmazlıkları ilgili mağazanın politikalarına tabidir.
5. Kullanıcı yükümlülükleri
- Uygulamayı yasalara ve bu koşullara uygun kullanın.
- Başkalarının hesaplarına yetkisiz erişim, hizmeti bozma veya kötüye kullanım yasaktır.
- Yüklediğiniz içerik (fotoğraf, metin) üzerinde gerekli haklara sahip olduğunuzu beyan edersiniz.
6. Fikri mülkiyet
Snaplo markası, arayüzü ve yazılımı ilgili hak sahiplerine aittir. Bu koşullar size kişisel, devredilemez bir kullanım hakkı verir; kaynak kodu veya markayı izinsiz kopyalama hakkı vermez.
7. Sorumluluk sınırı
Hizmet “olduğu gibi” sunulur. Uygulamanın kesintisiz veya hatasız olacağını garanti etmeyiz. Yasal olarak izin verilen azami ölçüde, dolaylı veya sonuçsal zararlardan sorumlu değiliz. Snaplo’yu sağlık kararlarınızın tek dayanağı yapmayın.
8. Gizlilik
Kişisel verilerin işlenmesi Gizlilik Politikası ile açıklanır. Bu koşullar ile politika birlikte okunmalıdır.
9. Değişiklikler
Koşulları zaman zaman güncelleyebiliriz. Önemli değişikliklerde Uygulama içinde veya sitede bilgilendirme yapabiliriz. “Son güncelleme” tarihi bu sayfanın başında yer alır. Güncellemeden sonra kullanımı sürdürmeniz yeni koşulları kabul anlamına gelebilir.

Snaplo Terms of Use
1. Service
Snaplo (“App”) is a nutrition-habit app that offers estimated calorie and macro logging from a meal photo or text description, daily progress, goals, and optional Premium subscription. Snaplo is not medical diagnosis, treatment, or dietitian advice and does not claim lab-level accuracy.
By downloading, creating an account, or using the App, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the App.
2. Account and sign-in
- You may create an account with email and password, Google Sign-In, or Sign in with Apple.
- You are responsible for the accuracy and security of your account information.
- The App is not designed for users under 18; we do not knowingly provide the service to them.
- You can delete your account in the App (Settings → Delete account) or by emailing support. Details are in the Privacy Policy and Support pages.
3. AI estimates
Meal photos and text inputs are processed on the server to produce estimated calories/macros. Results are approximate; your confirm or edit becomes the saved record. Snaplo is not liable for the accuracy of estimates or decisions you make based on them.
4. Subscriptions and payments
- Premium features may be offered via subscription on the App Store (Apple) or Google Play.
- Payment, renewal, and billing are processed through your store account. Snaplo does not store card numbers.
- You can cancel auto-renewing subscriptions in App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
- Refunds and billing disputes follow the relevant store’s policies.
5. User obligations
- Use the App in line with law and these terms.
- Unauthorized access to others’ accounts, disrupting the service, or abuse is prohibited.
- You represent that you have the rights needed for content you upload (photos, text).
6. Intellectual property
The Snaplo brand, interface, and software belong to their respective owners. These terms grant you a personal, non-transferable right to use the App; they do not grant a right to copy source code or the brand without permission.
7. Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is.” We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Do not make Snaplo the sole basis for health decisions.
8. Privacy
Personal data processing is described in the Privacy Policy. These terms and the policy should be read together.
9. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. For material changes we may notify you in the App or on the site. The “Last updated” date appears at the top of this page. Continued use after an update may mean you accept the new terms.
